Real Estate

May 16th, 2007

You guessed it! You can’t much live in Florida without talking about Real Estate. Our market is so strange here. Prices have been falling on homes, but it seems to be only the homes that Investors purchased and cannot afford any longer. A few houses in my neighborhood have gone into foreclosure, but the real estate market is still up. A few homes have sold in the 600k+ range in the last few months, and the same model next door is selling for the low four hundreds because of foreclosure. Like I said before, the real estate market is Florida is just wierd. if you figure it out, let me know.

Disney

May 16th, 2007

I just returned from a trip to Disney. I will tell you what, it is an expensive experience to stay at a Disney resort. I think our total bill was just over $1450 for a four and a half day weekend. That total included all meals. Does anyone know of a resort that is better than Disney, and cheaper than $300+ a night? I would be interested in traveling to Disney again later on this year, and would like to find a hotel suite with a small kitchen. We didn’t really have many leftovers, but popcorn or pizza at 11 at night would have been nice.

The first post

May 16th, 2007

I suppose for any writer, the hardest post is the first one. Fortunately, I have been bloggin on CSSGeeks.com for some time now, dicussing various things like Google site Maps and keyword and description code in your website. CSS Geeks is Sitespring’s newest project. We picked that site up with a pagerank of 5, and plan on building that one to be a dominant CSS expert website. Our other *hot* product is our new web directory Inqlusive. We are entertaining thousands of visitors each month with the Inqlusive directory, and it is still free to list your site there. We picked that site up with a page rank of 3, and in only one week, a page rank predictor says we will be at pr4 by the new update in July.
